Normal Problem Guide about MP3

Unplug USB device do not
use "Safely Remove Hardware" by windows XP or "Eject" by windows
98/SE. It's caused USB device could be not synchronized.
Please re-format the USB Device, but some time the MP3 player still
error, so, please re-firmware install.

Why some MP3 format file
can't play in MP3 player, while some can?

The main reason is that
their hierarchy of the compressing format is different. The
common MP3 player support only the MP3 compressed with the third
hierarchy, while those compressed in the first or second hierarchy
can only play the computer, not in MP3 player. You may also
download a MP3 transferring tool from the net to transfer it to be
standard MP3 format.
